At Glowing Minds Psychology (Goodwood, Adelaide), we are dedicated to helping children (6+), adolescents, and young adults better understand themselves, navigate life's challenges and build upon their strengths. We have a particular interest in neurodivergence, including ADHD, autism and AuDHD, as well as supporting people experiencing anxiety, OCD and difficulties with emotional regulation.

We recognise that everyone's experiences, needs and ways of navigating the world are different. Our aim is to create a warm, compassionate and non-judgemental space where you feel heard, understood and supported. We take a neurodiversity-affirming approach, working collaboratively and at your own pace to explore what matters to you and find strategies that feel right for you.
